Pizza Napoletana is THE ORIGINAL, AUTHENTIC Pizza born in Naples, Italy.

Born & Made with FRESH, healthy ingredients, this pizza is unlike ANY you’ve ever had in your life.

In fact, most people have never tried what Pizza is REALLY supposed to taste like (they’ve grown accustom to Vendors that distribute ~~a fraudulent, twisted version~~ of what they think pizza should be like. Ex: D~~ominos, Little Caesars, UNOs~~, even the best NY Style Pizza you’ve ever had isn’t really “Pizza” by its true definition.

Even in different parts of Italy, the pizza is incomparable to the pizza made in Naples.

When I lived in Firenze, Italy I traveled to Naples, experienced the pizza, fell in LOVE & realized I had to learn how to make this thing. A lot easier said than done..that’s for sure.

In a nutshell, I learned through the Verace Pizza Napoletana (An Association established through the Italian Government to protect the authenticity & promote the TRUE Neapolitan Pizza)…Basically they are the Police & Judges of the Napoletana Pizza.

I took a 3-Day Extensive, 1-on-1 Pizzaiolo Training Class with them & am now interning with one of the hottest Napoletana Pizza Places in Los Angeles (They go through 1,000 Pizzas DAILY..insane, huh) to practice what I’ve learned, interact in a customer/restaurant setting, and to learn more. Basically, I’m learning the business.

I love the Napoletana Pizza because it isn’t “just a Pizza” … it’s a huge part of Italian Culture, History, & Society. If you don’t understand or appreciate the Culture, History, or Society you’ll never comprehend the Napoletana Pizza.
